270.05 RULES; OFFICERS; MEETINGS.

The Economic Development Commission shall adopt its by-laws, subject to the approval of Council. At the initial organization of the Commission, a Chairman, ViceChairman and Secretary shall be elected by a majority of members present. Subsequent meetings shall be at the call of the Chairman or a majority of members until by-laws are adopted.
