The Recreation Board shall consist of not more than eleven members appointed pursuant to Section 2.12 of the City Charter, including those presently serving, who shall serve for the remainder of their respective terms. All terms shall be for two years and shall expire on December 31 of the year in which their respective terms expire. No person may serve as a member of the Board for longer than a total of six years, after which such person shall be ineligible for reappointment for a period of two years.
