CHAPTER 260 Planning Commission

EDITOR'S NOTE: Section 3.09 of the City Charter, which created a Planning Commission, was repealed by the voters on November 4, 1980. The functions of the Commission are now performed by the Administrative Board for Planning and Zoning Appeals. See Chapter 1220 and Section 1268.05 of the Planning and Zoning Code.
