(a) The City of Englewood Employee Handbook, as proposed by the City Manager and staff, is hereby adopted.
(b) Should any conflict be found between any of the provisions of the Handbook and any of the provisions of an effective ordinance and/or resolution, then the provision of such ordinance and/or resolution shall control.
(c) The Manager is hereby directed to distribute the Handbook to all full-time employees and to amend the Handbook as necessary in conformity with ordinances, resolutions and policies.
