(a) Safety and Accident Prevention Manual. The City of Englewood Safety and Accident Prevention Manual, 1978, is hereby adopted to bring the City into compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Act regulations.

(b) Employee Safety Policy.
(1) The Employee Safety Policy, marked "Exhibit A" and attached to original Resolution 99-80, passed December 9, 1980, is hereby adopted as a measure to encourage and emphasize job safety.
(2) Such Policy is not necessarily designed to usurp the authority of any County, State or Federal agency which may also have established standards of safety applicable to City functions.
