Council supports the concept of equal opportunity in matters of employment with the City and hereby adopts the City of Englewood Equal Employment Opportunity Plan, 1978, a copy of which is attached to original Ordinance 78-13, passed February 14, 1978, and the same is hereby declared to be an addendum to the Rules of Merit Employment, 1972, as amended.
