(a) Effective January 1, 2000, there is hereby adopted in and for the City the Premium Only Plan ("the Plan") for the provision of certain group health benefits to City employees. A copy of the Plan is attached to original Resolution 52-99, passed November 23, 1999, as Addendum A.
(b) A Benefits Committee is hereby established, consisting of the Director of Personnel, the Director of Finance and the City Manager.
(c) The City Manager, or his or her designee, is hereby authorized and directed to execute, acknowledge and deliver any and all instruments or documents, and to take any and all other steps as may be deemed necessary or desirable, in his or her sole discretion, to carry out the intent and purpose of this section.
