252.03 BONUS FOR EXCEPTIONAL QUALIFICATIONS.

The City Manager may elect to award additional compensation in the amount of up to two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) maximum per grade annually to an employee who may qualify by special training to improve his or her skills resulting in increased value to his or her employer.
