The Department of Human Service shall be under the direction of the Human Services Director, who shall be appointed by the City Manager and who shall perform duties as set forth in these Codified Ordinances and as directed by the City Manager. The Director shall be responsible for the administration of the Earl Heck Community Center and coordination of community activities there.
