(a) The City hereby adopts and accepts the provisions and procedures set forth in Ohio R.C. 3929.86, particularly subsections (C) and (D) thereof, providing for the transfer and receipt of portions of fire insurance proceeds as set forth in such section.
(b) The Director of Community Development is hereby designated as the officer of the City authorized to carry out the duties under Ohio R.C. 3929.86.
