244.01 DIRECTOR OF SERVICE; COMPOSITION OF DEPARTMENT.

The Department of Service shall be under the direction of the Director of Service, who shall perform duties as set forth in these Codified Ordinances and as directed by the City Manager. The Department shall include the following Divisions:

(a) The Division of Maintenance;

(b) The Division of Utilities; and
