240.06 EXTRATERRITORIAL JURISDICTION OF POLICE OFFICERS.
   (a)   Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 715.50, the power to exercise extraterritorial jurisdiction by Municipal police officers to enforce the laws of the State and the ordinances of the City, on land owned or leased by the City but lying outside of the corporate limits, is hereby claimed.
   (b)   Municipal police officers shall enforce all criminal statutes of the State on lands owned or leased by the City which lie outside of the corporate limits.
   (c)   All ordinances of the City relative to criminal offenses and to police regulations shall be enforced by police officers of the City on land owned by the City but lying outside the corporate limits.
   (d)   Violations of such laws shall be prosecuted by Municipal police officers in the Vandalia Municipal Court.
