240.05 UNIFORM ALLOWANCE.

Upon appointment, each police officer shall be furnished the basic police uniform and equipment, which shall remain the property of the City. After one year of service, each police officer shall be paid an annual uniform allowance of three hundred seventy-five dollars ($375.00) in equal semiannual installments.
