236.06 DIRECTOR AS AUDITOR.

(a) The Director of Finance is designated as Auditor of the City and is authorized to do all things required of an auditor of a city under the Constitution and laws of the State not inconsistent with the City Charter.

(b) The Director, as Auditor, may cause a seal to be created for his or her use.
