The Clerk of Council may set and give proper notices of public hearings required by law and shall enter a certificate in the appropriate file indicating how and when notices are given. The Clerk shall note the calendar of future public hearings on Council agendas.
Council may, by motion, cancel or postpone public hearings set by the Clerk.
