208.02 TYPES OF AWARDS.
   Five types of awards shall be used to officially recognize service to the community. The awards are described as follows:
   (a)   City Award Plaques. This award shall be a ten-inch square walnut plaque with a six-inch square white tile inscribed with the City logo and the words "In Appreciation for Your Outstanding Contribution to the Betterment of the City of Englewood, Ohio. " An engraved brass plate with the recipient's name and description of service rendered shall be affixed to each plaque.
   (b)   Extended Service Plaques.This award shall be a two-inch by ten-inch walnut plaque in the same finish as the City Award Plaque. An engraved brass plate with a description of the service rendered shall be affixed to this plaque. The intention is that the City Award and Extended Service Plaques shall be displayed together in recognition of extended outstanding service.
   (c)   Certificates of Appreciation.These awards shall be eight and one-half inches by eleven inches printed certificates, naming the recipient and describing the service rendered, and shall be signed by the Mayor. Certificates conferred shall be accompanied by lapel pins inscribed with the City logo.
   (d)   Special Awards. These awards shall be in a form approved by the Mayor and Council.
   (e)   Tokens of Recognition or Appreciation. These may be given by the Mayor to official visitors to the City, where appropriate.
