The Clerk shall authorize by his signature and record in full in properly indexed books, kept for the purpose, all ordinances and resolutions adopted by the Council. The Clerk shall also cause each ordinance and resolution and amendment to this Charter to be printed promptly following its adoption. Ordinances shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the Municipality, or by posting in at least five prominent places in the Municipality. Printed copies of all ordinances, resolutions, and amendments to this Charter shall be available for public inspection in the office of the Clerk. They may also be distributed or sold to the public at such reasonable prices as are set by the Council.
