(A) For the purpose of this section, AGENT OF THE CITY shall mean agent, employee or officer of the City of Eminence, Kentucky and any organization, corporation or other entity receiving any funding from the City of Eminence, Kentucky and any officer thereof.
(B) No agent of the city while acting in his or her capacity as such agent for the city shall contract for services from or make purchase from himself or herself or any corporation or business owned in whole or in part by such person except that such contract or business be first approved by the City Council.
