§ 151.020 HABITUAL FAILURE TO MAINTAIN A RESIDENTIAL OR COMMERCIAL STRUCTURE.
   A person is guilty of habitual failure to maintain a residential or commercial structure when he or she violates any provision of § 151.019 after having been convicted of a fourth offense under that section.
