§ 151.006 COMPLIANCE.

The terms of this chapter shall be applicable to and enforceable upon the following persons: owners, tenants, lessees, mortgagees, possessors, occupants, agents, and high managerial agents of any and/or all commercial, residential and industrial real estate, buildings and structures within the city.
