(A) Any person applying for any driveway or entrance permit provided for herein shall by so applying consent to inspection by the appropriate commissioner of the property upon which the proposed driveway or entrance would be placed.
(B) All inspection called for herein shall be for the sole purpose of determining the compliance of the applicant with the terms of city ordinances and are not for the purpose of assuring the safety or soundness of any design.
