(A) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter where another penalty is not provided shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $500 for each offense.
(B) Any person found guilty of a violation of § 130.01 shall be fined not less than ten ($10.00) dollars nor more than one hundred ($100.00) dollars.
(C) Violations of § 130.04 which result in the issuance of the first citation within a twelve (12) month period shall not carry a penalty. The issuance of the second citation within a twelve (12) month period shall subject a person to a fine not to exceed fifty dollars ($50.00), and subsequent violations shall be subject to a fine not to exceed four hundred dollars ($400.00) each.
