(A) All persons operating restaurants, drive-in restaurants, food carry-out businesses and recreational or entertainment businesses located in the city shall be required to close said businesses on or before 1:00 a.m. prevailing time and to remain closed until 6:00 a.m.
(B) Anyone who shall operate or carry on any business or do any act for which a license is required between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. shall be in violation of this section and fined as provided in § 115.99, and shall also be subject to having the license revoked.
