(A) No motor vehicle shall be operated at a higher rate or speed than 25 miles per hour on any street in the city limits, except on the streets maintained by the Commonwealth of Kentucky, which are Elm Street, West Broadway, North Main Street, and South Main Street and Mulberry Road.

(B) Whoever violates the provisions of this section shall be subject to the fine schedule set forth in KRS 189.394.
