§ 51.21 DISCONTINUANCE OF SERVICE.
   (A)   If any bill for water service, sewer service, and trash service, or either, or any part thereof, including penalty, shall remain unpaid after the twentieth day of the month in which the bills are mailed, the city shall discontinue water service to the premises; and the same shall not be restored until payment in full of proper charges, together with the charge herein above prescribed for re- connecting has been paid. If the twentieth of the month shall be a Saturday, Sunday or a legal holiday, payment shall be deemed to have been made prior to cut off date if made on the next succeeding secular date which is not a legal holiday.
   (B)   Further, the city may disconnect service if the Public Works Director deems the water or sewer connection or distribution or collection system at the property to be installed or maintained so as to pose a health or environmental danger.
