The term INSTALLATION as used in this and all ordinances of the city regarding sewer lines, water and water lines shall be interpreted by the City Council to encompass and include in its meaning, maintenance of said sewers, and sewer mains, to the property line or service connection and water, and water lines to city meter except as is specifically contradicted in any such ordinance. SEWER MAIN shall mean sewer line located between manholes and SERVICE LINE shall mean any branch off the sewer main.
