§ 38.03 POLICY PROHIBITING DRUG USE AND CERTIFYING A DRUG-FREE WORKPLACE.
   (A)   There is hereby adopted a policy prohibiting drug use and certifying a drug-free workplace for city employees and officials and establishing a grievance procedure.
   (B)   This policy shall be available to all city employees and made a permanent part of this section.
