§ 38.02 BLOODBORNE PATHOGENS EXPOSURE CONTROL PLAN ADOPTED.
   The city does hereby adopt the Bloodborne Pathogens Exposure Control Plan by reference as if fully set out herein. A copy of the policy shall be kept on file in the office of the City Clerk/Treasurer.
