§ 35.43 MEETINGS.

(A) The Community Life Center Board shall meet at least one (1) time per month and the date and time for the meeting shall be established by the Board. Proper notice shall be given pursuant tot he provisions of the Open Records and Open Meetings Act.

(B) Each member of the Community Life Center Board shall have one (1) vote and the rules of parliamentary procedure shall apply to all meetings.
