§ 35.42 OFFICERS.
   (A)   (1)   There shall be three (3) officers, a chairperson, a vice-chairperson and a secretary.
      (2)   The chairperson shall preside at all meetings and shall otherwise have those responsibilities that are typically associated with a chairperson.
      (3)   The vice-chairperson shall preside in the absence of the chairperson.
      (4)   The secretary shall keep minutes of the meetings.
      (5)   Although the rules of parliamentary procedure shall apply, the board shall first attempt to make decisions by consensus. However, in the absence of the consensus (meaning if there is one objection) then the formality of parliamentary procedure shall be used.
      (6)   The secretary shall be responsible for specifically noting the details of any decision by consensus and/or by actual vote.

   (B)   Officers shall be elected to a term of one (1) year and they may succeed themselves.
