(A) The Community Life Center Board shall consist of twelve (12) members. Whenever possible, the members shall be representative of, but not limited to, each of the following community groups and interests, Senior Citizens, Churches, Eminence Independent School District, Henry County School District, City of Eminence, Citizens at large, students, and Law Enforcement.
(B) The representatives shall be appointed to the Board by the Mayor with the approval of a majority of the membership of the City Council.
(C) Each board member shall serve a term of three (3) years and with one-third (1/3) the membership rotating off each year. Therefore, four (4) new members shall be selected in each year.
(D) The initial appointees of the Senior Citizens, the Churches and the Eminence Independent School District shall serve a term of one (1) year and their successors shall serve for three (3) years.
(E) The initial appointees from the Henry County School District, the City of Eminence and for Citizens at large shall serve for a period of two (2) years and their successors shall serve for three (3) years.
(F) It shall be permissible for representatives to succeed themselves as representatives.
