There is hereby established a Community Life Center Board to manage and administrate a community center located at 297 West Broadway, for the purpose of providing a location and environment for people of all ages to enhance their social interaction and personal development. It is the intent that this entity be pro-active in every respect. It is not enough that this facility be made available; rather, it is the intent to encourage and initiate specific and varied programs that will enrich the entire community.
