§ 35.16 FIRE CHIEF.
   (A)   The position of Fire Chief is hereby established.
   (B)   The city shall pay to the Fire Chief for his expenses, the sum of $140 per month, which has been determined to be reasonably related to actual expenses.
   (C)   The Fire Chief of the Volunteer Fire Department, shall monthly furnish to the City Clerk/Treasurer an itemized list of his expenses as Fire Chief for the previous month.
   (D)   The Fire Chief shall not be construed to be an employee of the city.
