The city hereby adopts the “Domestic Violence Policy in Kentucky: Model Law Enforcement Response Policy dated April 14, 1997" by reference as if fully set out herein. A copy of this policy shall be made available to each law enforcement officer for the city who shall review the policy and abide by it. An acknowledgment of each officer’s review shall be executed upon completion of review. The policy shall be kept on file at the office of the City Clerk/Treasurer and Police Department.
