§ 152.113 TEMPORARY COMMERCIAL STRUCTURES: SHORT AND LONG TERM.
   Temporary commercial structures are important for business to maintain quality goods to the public. Some of these uses can cause various levels of noise and traffic. These standards are intended to protect the public's general health, safety and welfare from these uses.
   (A)   Structures shall be placed ten feet from property lines.
   (B)   Structures shall be placed 100 feet from any dwelling, except a dwelling on the same parcel or contiguous parcel under common ownership.
   (C)   Structures shall be placed one foot from the road right-of-way.
   (D)   Regardless of the duration of use, all cold storage warehouses, as defined by M.S. § 28.01, Subd. 3, as it may be amended from time to time, shall comply with M.S. Chap. 28, as it may be amended from time to time, in its entirety, at it may be amended from time to time, and Minn. Rules, Parts 1550.2120 through 1550.2330, as amended from time to time.
