The Commission will name its own officers to serve at its pleasure.
(A) Regular meetings. The Commission shall meet publicly in regular session as needed at a time and place selected by a majority of its members.
(B) Special meetings. The Chairperson or any three members of the Commission shall have the authority to call special meetings of the Commission. Notice of special meetings shall be given to all members at least 24 hours prior to the time of the meeting unless the time and place for the special meeting is set at a regular meeting.
