§ 31.30 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   CHAIRPERSON. The Chairperson of the Economic Development Commission, as provided for hereunder.
   COMMISSION. The Economic Development Commission of the city.
   PLANNING COMMISSION. The Planning Commission of the city.
