§ 31.15 ABSENTEE BALLOT COUNTING BOARD.
   Pursuant to the provisions of M.S. Ch. 203B, as it may be amended from time to time, the City Council hereby authorizes the County Commissioners to establish an Absentee Ballot Precinct, to be located in the County Courthouse Complex, for the purpose of receiving all absentee ballots for any primary or general election or special referendum held within the city. The Absentee Ballot Precinct shall be under the direct charge and supervision of the County Auditor and shall be administered pursuant to the state’s election laws without cost to the city.
