§ 31.02 CLERK/TREASURER.
   (A)   The office of Clerk and of Treasurer is hereby combined into the office of Clerk/Treasurer.
   (B)   The Council will appoint a Deputy Clerk to fill in during absence of the Clerk/Treasurer and to assist the Clerk/Treasurer when necessary.
