§ 30.20 REGULAR MEETINGS.
   Regular meetings of the City Council shall be held on the second Tuesday of the month at 6:00 p.m. in the City Hall. Any regular meeting falling upon a holiday shall be rescheduled by the City Council at the same time and place. All meetings, including special and adjourned meetings, shall be held in the City Hall.
