§ 151.10 REFERENCED CODES AND STANDARDS.

The codes and standards referenced in this chapter shall mean the applicable provisions of the city’s code of ordinances, Ch. 152 of this code of ordinances, the state’s Building Code or the state’s Fire Code, whichever is the most restrictive requirement permitted under statute.
