(A) (1) “Slow-no wake” speed shall be 24 hours per day in the area of the bay area located on Ruth Lake between a stake located at the northern most point of the peninsula westerly to the northeast corner stake of Lot 11, Crockett Shores Subdivision.
(2) Such restrictions shall become effective upon publication in a local daily newspaper as a news item or on a specified date, whichever is later. All public watercraft accesses shall be posted prior to and during the time restrictions are in place.
(B) In addition, notice of said restrictions shall also be posted at the City Hall.
