The following regulations and rules are hereby adopted for management, operation and maintenance of the City Hall, which includes the City Clerk/Treasurer’s office, fire hall, auditorium and kitchen.
(A) The City Council hereby prohibits private use of city equipment or facilities, except upon a determination by the City Council, fully detailed in the minutes, that such use is primarily for a public purpose and stating what purpose.
(B) There will be no storage of private vehicles in or on city property.
(C) (1) Any person or group of persons wishing the use of the City Hall must make application to the City Clerk/Treasurer.
(2) This application will be made on a written form provided by the city. The rates and deposits will be determined from time to time by the City Council as set forth in the Fee Schedule Ordinance on file in the city offices. All rules and regulations on this form must be abided by.
