The Sixth Ward shall contain all the territory bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the west branch of the Black River and West Bridge Street [Border with 2nd and 5th Wards]; thence in a northwesterly direction along the centerline of West Bridge Street to the centerline of West River Road [Border with 2nd Ward]; thence in a northerly direction along the centerline of West River Road to the centerline of the Conrail Corporation Railroad [Border with 2nd Ward]; thence in a northwesterly direction along the centerline of the Conrail Corporation Railroad to the centerline of the Baltimore & Ohio RR CSX System [Border with 2nd Ward]; thence in a northerly direction along the centerline of Baltimore & Ohio RR CSX System to the centerline of Huron Street [Border with 2nd Ward]; thence in a northwesterly direction along the centerline of Huron Street to the intersection of Woodland Avenue and Lowell Street [Border with 2nd Ward]; thence in a northerly direction along the centerline of Woodland Avenue to the centerline of Lake Avenue [Border with 2nd Ward]; thence in a northwesterly direction along the centerline of Lake Avenue to the centerline of State Route 113 [Border with 2nd Ward]; thence in a westerly direction along the centerline of State Route 113 to a point along the westerly corporation line of the City; thence in a westerly and southerly direction along the westerly corporation line of the City to the intersection of the west branch of the Black River and the Baltimore & Ohio RR CSX System [Border with 5th Ward]; thence in a northerly direction along the centerline of the west branch of the Black River to the true place of beginning.
