The Fifth Ward shall contain all the territory bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the main, west and east branch of the Black River [Border with 2nd and 4th Wards]; thence in a southerly direction along the centerline of the west branch of the Black River to the centerline of the Baltimore & Ohio RR CSX System [Border with 6th Ward]; thence in a southeasterly direction along the centerline of the Baltimore & Ohio RR CSX System to a point along the southerly corporation line of the City; thence in an easterly, southerly and northerly direction along the southerly corporation line of the City to the intersection of the east branch of the Black River and a point along the southerly corporation line of the City [Border with 3rd Ward]; thence in a northerly direction along the centerline of the east branch of the Black River to the intersection of the main, west and east branch of the Black River being the true place of beginning and excluding parcels fronting 16th Street north of South Park which remain within Carlisle Township.
