The Second Ward shall contain all the territory bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the main, west and east branch of the Black River [Border with 4th and 5th Wards]; thence in a southwesterly direction along the centerline of the west branch of the Black River to the centerline of West Bridge Street [Border with 5th and 6th Wards]; thence in a northwesterly direction along the centerline of West Bridge Street to the centerline of West River Road [Border with 6th Ward]; thence in a northerly direction along the centerline of West River Road to the centerline of the Conrail Corporation Railroad [Border with 6th Ward]; thence in a northwesterly direction along the centerline of the Conrail Corporation Railroad to the centerline of the Baltimore & Ohio RR CSX System [Border with 6th Ward]; thence in a northerly direction along the centerline of Baltimore & Ohio RR CSX System to the centerline of Huron Street [Border with 6th Ward]; thence in a northwesterly direction along the centerline of Huron Street to the intersection of Woodland Avenue and Lowell Street [Border with 6th Ward]; thence in a northerly direction along the centerline of Woodland Avenue to the centerline of Lake Avenue [Border with 6th Ward]; thence in a northwesterly direction along the centerline of Lake Avenue to the centerline of State Route 113 [Border with 2nd Ward]; thence in a westerly direction along the centerline of State Route 113 to a point along the westerly corporation line of the City [Border with 6th Ward]; thence in a northerly and westerly direction along the westerly corporation line of the City to the centerline of West River Road and a point along the northerly corporation line of the City [Border with 4th Ward]; thence in a southerly and then southeasterly direction along the centerline of West River Road to the centerline of the Ohio Turnpike [Border with 4th Ward]; thence in a southeasterly direction along the centerline of the Ohio Turnpike to the centerline of the main branch of the Black River [Border with 4th Ward]; thence in a southerly direction along the centerline of the main branch of the Black River to the intersection of the true place of beginning and excluding parcels fronting Beechwood Drive, Schaden Road, and parts of the I-90 and State Route 57 Interchange which remain within Elyria Township.
