2-4-1: BOARD CREATED; MEMBERSHIP:
   A.   There is hereby created and established an Animal Control Advisory Board for the City which shall consist of five (5) members who shall be appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the City Council.
   B.   The Animal Control Liaison from the City Council shall be seated as a non-voting member of this board and shall attend all meetings of this board. (Ord. 712, 5-10-2018)
