2-3-6: PUBLIC TREE PROTECTION:

No person shall damage, transplant, top, remove or mutilate any public tree without the consent of the Ely city council. All planting, care, maintenance and removal of public trees shall be in accordance with the standards established by the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA). (Ord. 619, 6-28-2007)
