2-3-1: BOARD CREATED; MEMBERSHIP:

There is hereby created and established a tree board for the city which shall consist of five (5) members, citizens and residents of the city, who shall be appointed by the mayor with the advice and consent of the city council. (Ord. 524, 9-10-1998; amd. Ord. 603, 2-12-2004; Ord. 742, 6-24-2021)
