A. Regular Meetings: The regular business meetings of the city planning commission shall be held on the fourth Thursday of every month beginning at two o'clock (2:00) P.M.; provided, that in the event any such day is a nonjudicial day, the meeting shall be set at the meeting prior, but will be held as close as possible in time to that date. Additional meetings may be held as circumstances may require or render desirable for the performance of its functions and the proper discharge of its duties and responsibilities.
B. Quorum: A majority of the membership shall constitute a quorum for the purpose of transacting business. Action by the city planning commission shall be by a majority vote.
C. Rules Of Procedure: The city planning commission shall adopt rules and regulations for the conduct of its business not inconsistent with applicable state laws or this code.
D. Records: The city planning commission shall keep a record of its resolutions, transactions, findings and determinations, which record shall be a public record. (Ord. 638, 3-11-2010)
